VRM-GmbH
 
VRM is a GmbH (similar to Limited Company). The partners are local authorities of the former administrative district of Koblenz, without the districts of Birkenfeld and Bad Kreuznach which, due to their geographic situation, were already integrated into the public transport group RNN (Rhein-Nahe Nahverkehrsbund). The local authorities run public transport, i.e., they are legally required to serve their areas.

The Federal Land of Rheinland-Pfalz also contributes to the work of the public transport group as there is a general public interest in enhancing the service.
